Who we are

Certius Labs B.V., incorporated in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with a US affiliate incorporated in Delaware. We are the data controller for information collected via certiuslabs.com and our audit platform.

What we collect

• Demo-request data. Name, work email, company, and anything you write in the free-text fields on our demo form. We keep it to contact you and for a reasonable period after.
• Technical logs. IP address, user agent, referrer, and page URL for operational and security purposes. Logs rotate on a 30-day window.
• Audit inputs you provide under contract. Governed by the individual engagement and its data-processing agreement — not by this website policy.

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell contact data. Ever.
• We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not read your agents' production traffic. Audits run against a test harness you provide.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for operation. Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which may log the request as part of normal CDN operation — see Google Fonts privacy.

Your rights

Under GDPR and equivalent frameworks, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email andrew@certiuslabs.com. We respond within 30 days.
